Job Title: Lifeguard Job Description We are seeking vigilant and responsible Lifeguards to join our pool and water park safety team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests and visitors by maintaining a watchful eye over the swimming area. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated individuals who have a passion for water safety and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor swimming activities and ensure patrons adhere to all safety rules and regulations. Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies, providing first aid and performing water rescues as needed. Maintain a safe and secure environment by inspecting swim areas, deck spaces, and equipment regularly. Communicate professionally with guests, offering assistance and guidance when required. Conduct regular safety drills and keep accurate records of swimming activities and incidents. Uphold strong knowledge of all safety equipment and emergency response protocols. Qualifications Current Lifeguard Certification and CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers certification. Strong swimming ability and physical fitness level. Excellent observational skills with high attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and act swiftly under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and the capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
