Owning full-cycle recruiting for engineering roles, the full-time Senior Technical Recruiter will partner with senior stakeholders to influence hiring strategies, represent the company's talent brand, and close top-tier technical talent in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for engineering positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience from initiation to onboarding Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leaders, influencing hiring strategies and role prioritization aligned with business outcomes Utilize data to drive hiring decisions, analyzing funnel health and talent pool effectiveness to improve recruitment efficiencies Required qualifications 6+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in engineering within high-growth environments Deep understanding of the engineering landscape, including backend, frontend, distributed systems, and infrastructure roles Experience collaborating with technical hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies Strong analytical skills for making data-driven recruiting decisions and process improvements Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
