Carroll Water is a family-owned company with over 40 years of experience providing water well and water treatment solutions. We are seeking a Water Treatment Technician to support installation, service, and maintenance of residential and commercial systems. What Youll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including: Water softeners Acid neutralizers Reverse osmosis (RO) systems Filtration systems and related equipment Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance Assist with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned What We Offer Competitive compensation (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Paid time off and holidays Paid training and certification opportunities Stable, year-round work Supportive, team-oriented environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing-related systems Knowledge of water treatment, plumbing, or related field preferred Ability to safely use tools and equipment Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed Ability to travel to job sites within the service area Driving & Motor Vehicle Record Requirement This position requires regular driving as part of job duties. Employment is contingent upon: Maintaining a valid drivers license Meeting the Companys driving and motor vehicle record (MVR) standards Remaining insurable under the Companys insurance policy The Company reserves the right to take appropriate action, up to and including termination, if driving requirements are not met. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs) Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
